Vibratory bowl feeders
Vibratory bowl feeders are used to orient the components from bulk, in a previously established position, to an assembly machine.
Vibration feed systems consist of a tub with spiral ramp around the tub. The angle of inclination and frequency of vibration determine the feed rate, whereby obstacles and traps are used to align and eliminate the misaligned parts. There are cylindrical, conical or stepped tubs, which can be made of steel or stainless steel.
Often, feed bunkers are also used to increase the capacity and autonomy of the systems.
